There are many things you can do to help ensure appropriate treatment in emergencies - like carrying/wearing some sort of alert band or pendant.
However, this is an additional thing you can do.
On most smart phones, you can set up medical information which will be accessible to anyone in an emergency.
Details vary as to what can be recorded, and you need to ensure they can be viewed without password/face id/fingerprint id/etc.
I suspect we are well past the point at which checking is standard practice for unconscious patients.
