You may not realise that you can edit (or delete) any posts or responses you have made here.
Editing
your post helps avoid follow-up replies and makes it easier for other
members to follow what you have posted. Really useful if you have made a
mistake which confuses readers.
HealthUnlocked have produced some help for how to do this. You can find that help here:
How do I edit a post or reply?
https://support.healthunlocked.com/article/41-how-do-i-edit-a-post-or-reply
This is my attempt at explaining how to do so:
At the bottom of your post, you should see More V (the word More and a downward arrow V). Click on that - the word or the arrow.
This is a screenshot of the menu you should see - showing where to click:
Now you will see your options - which will include some or all these options:
Edit
Delete
Sentiment feedback (which I have never used!)
Copy post link (which
lets you get a link to the specific reply - for example, you might want
that if you want to add a link in another post or reply - not relevant
for editing)
If you edit the first post in a thread, you can edit the Title as well as the post itself
When you edit the original post in a thread, you will also have the option to remove any attached image. (Currently it is impossible to replace an image.)

The other symbols (above) allow you to switch on (or off) Bold, Italic, Underlined, add a mention @ (call out), or add emoji☺
(If you make extensive changes, it is sometimes helpful to add a comment so that people can see that you have made changes.)
If you wish to link to this page on HealthUnlocked, copy the entire dark red text below and paste into a post or reply.
[i]helvella - Editing HealthUnlocked Posts/Replies
Having read a post or reply, I've noticed that you might wish to correct your post or reply. For example, you might have followed up with a reply to correct a mistake.
If you edit your post, the follow-up would not be required. Making it easier for people to follow.
This is not to say you have done anything wrong. This is meant to help you by pointing out this option, and help you to do so, not to criticise.
There is no need to reply to this! If it was helpful, ticking the "Like" button lets me know. If I notice, I'll delete this reply.
