You may not realise that you can edit (or delete) any posts or responses you have made here.
HealthUnlocked have produced some help for how to do this. You can find that help here:

At the bottom of your post, you should see the word More and a downward arrow ⌄. Click on that.
Now you will see your options including Edit and Delete.
Copy post link lets you get a link to the specific reply - for example, you might want that if you want to add a link in another post or reply.
If you are its author, you can edit the Title of the first post.
When you edit the original post in a thread, you will also have the option to add (or remove) a single image. (To replace an image, remove the existing image, then add the new one.) This is the same process as writing a new post:

You can also edit a single image to each reply you make either when you post a reply, or if you later edit that reply. Click on the box-with-sun-and-mountains and you will be invited to attach an image.
[Note: Recently we have noted some issues adding or replacing images. But that is a bug and is not how things should be.]
The other symbols (above) allow you to switch on (or off) Bold, Italic, Underlined, add a mention @ (call out) or add emoji.
(If you make extensive changes, it is sometimes helpful to add a comment so that people can see that you have made changes.)

Having read a post or reply you have made, I wonder if you realise that you can edit (or delete) any posts or responses you have made here. That means the title, the text or images.
This is not to say you have done anything wrong. This is meant to help you by pointing out this option, and help to do so, not to criticise.
