A collection of all diogenes' post on Thyroid UK forum has been comverted into a single document. (Not all his replies.) These have been copied into the document, minor typos, etc., corrected, and all links have been evaluated. Sometimes just checked that they still work, sometimes changed to make them work, sometimes additional links included.
