helvella - Cyanide Content of Cyanocobalamin

A short document which discusses the precise amounts of cyanide that are involved with ordinary levels of cyanocobalamin ingestion.

The primary reason for creating this is that there is excessive concern about the amount of cyanide present - but almost never any discussion of the actual quantities involved.
