A document listing many, hopefully most, of the abbreviations and acronyms that you will come across when trying to read about thyroid issues. Also includes a section with explanations of many of the Latin terms which still occur in medicine and pharmacology.
Inevitably, this will have lots missing so please let me know if there is anything which should be added.
The document starts with a Table of Contents. You can click on (or touch, on touch screens) any page number.
You can return to the Table of Contents by clicking on the ⇧ which is in the footer of every page along with links to Abbreviations and Latin.
The rest of the document is simply a series of definitions/explanations in alphanumeric order. This is a long document - over seventy pages at present.
