Members often cannot remember what make or even dosages of tablets they took, and when. And probably no-one keeps details of the batch number, expiry, etc.
This is a suggestion of how you could keep this information easily and with minimal effort.
When you start a pack, open the flap and write the date inside.
(The only reason to do it on the inside is that the shiny surface can make pens skid on the outside.)
Turn down the small flap at the right so it doesn’t obscure the date. |
|
Open the other ends of the boxes, if needed. Flatten all your packs and make a pile of them. |
|
Wrap round an elastic band or some elastic cord. This will keep them together and flatten the pile. |
|
And you end up with even a full year only taking a small amount of space.
Easy to refer back. |
|
Obviously, this idea won’t work for everyone. But it might suggest the sense of keeping some sort of record, and could lead you to a solution that works for you.
If you leave the Patient Information Leaflets inside, you also have those to refer to!
